As someone who's obsessed with patterned paper and scrapbooked for over half my life, designing for scrapbook product has always been at the top of my "design bucket list."
It's taken lots of patience and a few years attending the Craft & Hobby Association's annual trade show (CHA) to finally get my wish! A good friend and fellow designer, Laura Passage, worked with me to design A Fair to Remember, a mini theme collection for Echo Park Paper Co. inspired by State Fairs. It launches a little later this month at scrapbook stores around the country.
NOVEMBER UPDATE: The most surreal thing happened to me was when I stopped by a scrapbook store on my way home from a family vacation this week. I found this mini kit on one of the store's end cap displays. What a great milestone moment!
